Who sells this
The service is operated by [SELLER LEGAL NAME — pending registration], registration number [REGISTRATION NUMBER — pending], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS — pending]. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL — pending].
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. That provider is the seller on your card statement and handles tax on the transaction.
What you are buying
A written reading generated from an astrological birth chart calculated for the date, time and place of birth you enter. The text is produced automatically by software. There is no human astrologer, no live consultation and no scheduled appointment.
Delivery is immediate: the reading appears in your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
You buy either a single section of the reading or the full reading for one chart. Purchases are one-time. There is no subscription, no free trial and no automatic renewal of any kind.
What this is not
The readings are provided for entertainment purposes. They are not advice.
Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing here is a prediction of future events. Do not use a reading in place of a qualified professional.
We make no promise about outcomes in your life, and we do not guarantee that anything described will occur.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. The link is in the email confirming your purchase.
When a refund is issued, access to the purchased sections ends. The chart itself and the free part of the reading remain available.
Accuracy
Planetary positions are calculated from published ephemerides and agree with reference data to within a small fraction of a degree.
Accuracy depends on what you enter. An incorrect birth time changes the ascendant and houses substantially. Where a birth time is unknown, or where the birth place lies beyond the polar circle, the affected parts of the chart are marked as unreliable or shown as absent rather than estimated.
Your account
Access is tied to the email address used at purchase. Keep it current; if you lose access to it, contact support and we will move your purchase.
You may request deletion of your account and birth data at any time.
Changes
If these terms change, purchases already made remain governed by the terms in force when they were made.
